Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must:
✔ Be in its original condition, unworn, and unused
✔ Have all tags attached
✔ Be in the original packaging
✔ Include a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@sugarlavish.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on where and how to send your package

Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process first.
- Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sugarlavish.com with:
✔ Your order number
✔ Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, depending on the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must meet the same return criteria as stated above.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
